Rastriya Janata Party Nepal leader Mahantha Thakur has said that his party will not participate in third phase of local polls in Province No 2 unless the constitution is amended as per their demands.

In a face to face programme organized by Rafat Sanchar Club here in the district today, leader Thakur reiterated it.

He further hoped that there might be two-third-majority on the behalf of the constitution amendment bill as ruling parties were exercising for the same.

Leader Thakur urged the government to materialize the various agreements forged with them in the past. RSS
