KATHMANDU – Minister for Land Reforms and Management, Chandradev Joshi, has said the fraction of the land could not be stopped until the existing land reform policy was changed.
Inaugurating the Land Use Project Office in Bharatpur here today, he warned of food crisis in the country if the division of land was not stopped in time. The Minister for Land Reform also expressed concern over the rampant plotting of arable land taking place throughout the country for lack of clear land use policy.
He stressed the need for implementing a scientific and land use policy to stop this trend of rampant plotting of agricultural land. RSS
