KATHMANDU – Nepali actress Jyoti Khadka aka Jenissha Khadka committed suicide on Monday night. Police sources informed that the Jyoti had hanged herself by her shawl in her own Basantpur based apartment.
23 years old Jyoti’s dead body has been taken to Teaching hospital for postmortem.
After making her debut in Nawal Khadka’s feature film “AWAJ”, Khadka has performed in several movies, music videos and television serials.
Her latest flick, Jungle Queen is slated to release on June 22. Her mobile call records show that before committing suicide she had talked with Baldeep Rai.
Police has taken Rai into custody for questioning him. Jyoti had reentered Kollywood after her sex video with Prakash Ojha went viral on the internet.
