KATHMANDU – UCPN Maoist establishment faction has decided to come up with a special proposal to address the demands of the party’s dissident faction led by Vice Chairman Mohan Baidya Kiran.
Standing Committee meeting of the party participated by members loyal to the establishment took the decision on Sunday morning.
The meeting has also urged leaders of the Baidya faction to endorse proposal on unifying the party during their on ongoing national cadres gathering.
