मंसिर ४ गते, २०६९ मा प्रकाशित During the meeting held at the Presidential Palace today, President Dr. Yadav urged top leaders of major four political parties including the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF) to give an outlet to the country by forging consensus at the earliest. After the meeting, leaders, who participated in the meeting, said that the President urged them to forge consensus on budget in the first phase as the budget was necessary for the country as well as urged them to take special initiative for outlet of political crisis. President of the Nepali Congress, Sushil Koirala, said President Dr. Yadav urged them to forge consensus on all the disputed issues. Koirala said the parties, which have joined the government, should be responsible to forge consensus and added that the President urged all sides to show activeness to forge consensus. Similarly, Chairman of the CPN-UML, Jhalanath Khanal, said that President Dr. Yadav urged them to forge consensus immediately on different issues including budget, formation of a national consensus government and new election. Saying that his party has put forth its opinion that the government and the UCPN-Maoist party should present themselves responsibly to forge consensus, he added that there would be no difficulty to resolve crises if the UCPN-Maoist takes initiative with honesty. Khanal further said his party has the determination that budget should not be brought without consensus. The UML Chairman said that the President also has the intension that all issues should be move ahead with consensus. Likewise, Coordinator of the UDMF, Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, said that the government urged the political leaders not to obstruct the budget. Saying the budget is the lifeline of the nation, Gachchhadar, who is also Deputy Prime Minister, said that the government has a clear opinion that the country should not been pushed into economic anarchy by obstructing the budget. He said the President also urged the top leaders to be clear on the issue of budget and added that the government also urges for the same. Gachchhadar informed that the government would present the two-third budget remaining after presenting one third by the government. Responding to a query, he said he put forth a proposal from the side of UDMF that it would play a role of mediator if the three major political parties could not be able to select the name for the post of prime minister on consensus. Prime Minister Dr. Baburam Bhattarai, Chairman of the UCPN-Maoist, Pushpa Kamal Dahal, President of the Nepali Congress, Sushil Koirala, Chairman of the CPN-UML, Jhalanath Khanal and Coordinator of the UDMF, Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar, were present in the meeting. 
President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav has once again urged leaders of major political parties to forge consensus on different issues including budget and current political crisis.
Meanwhile, a meeting of the top leaders of the UCPN-Maoist, Nepali Congress, and CPN-UML is to be held today itself to forge consensus on budget.
