KATHMANDU – The meeting of the High Level Political Committee (HLPC) has expressed utter dismay for the CPN-Maoist and the front in which it was affiliated, for failing to come to talks so far even if requested for two times on the next CA election.
Giving information on the meeting of the committee held at its New Baneswor office, UCPN-Maoist leader Narayankaji Shrestha expressed dismay over their failure to come to talks so far against the public commitment by the government and the party and again called for talks.
He also called for participating for building a progressive constitution through new election.
UML leader Raghuji Pant said they were astonished that they did not turn up even after forming talks committee and added,
