BJP leader Ravi Shankar meets President Yadav

KATHMANDU, AUGUST 24 – Bharatiya Janata Party leader Ravi Shankar, who is on his visit to Nepal, has met with President Dr. Rambaran Yadav today. 

Leader Ravi Shankar reached the President’s official residence at Shitwal Niwas to meet President Yadav. 

Though the parley between the duo lasted half an hour, Ravi Shankar did not air any comments to the media-persons. 

Shankar, who had intensified discussions from the morning, held separate talks with Unified CPN-Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, CPN-UML senior leader K.P.Oli and Sadhbhawana Party Chairman Rajendra Mahato before this. 

The talks dwelt on the recent political developments in the country and the upcoming election.
