General Secretary of the CPN-Maoist, Ram Bahadur Thapa, has argued that even the second Constituent Assembly would not deliver constitution to the people.
Addressing a programme organized here to honour the freedom fighters and families of the martyrs of the insurgency period, General Secretary Thapa said imperialism has dominated the country, so it was impossible to get constitution.
Party spokesperson Pampha Bhushal said dream of the martyrs needs to be materialized for building prosperous and independent country.
On the occasion, the people victimized during the insurgency, demanded that the State properly identify them rather than providing reservation.
Some 60 persons from the families of the martyrs and of the disappeared people, and those injured during the insurgency period were felicitated at the programme. RSS
