Fire guts property worth Rs 6 million in Arghakhanchi

Jaluke, Arghakhanchi (March 30 2014) – Property worth Rs 6 million was destroyed by a fire that broke out at five houses and the same number of cow sheds at Jaluke VDC-4 in the district on Saturday.
 Various goods, food grains, valuables, clothes and some cattle worth over Rs 6 million perished in the fire, police said. 
The houses and cow sheds of Jhabindra Pulami, Ghanashyam Pulami, Bishal Pulami, Madhu Pulamia and Bal Singh Raut were destroyed by the fire, said DSP Deependra GC at the District Police Office.
 The fire suddenly broke out when a six years old child was playing with fire, locals said.  The inferno was brought under control with the joint effort of the police and locals.
