KATHMANDU, APRIL 17 ‘ The District Court in Chitwan has asked the authorities to release two Maoist cadres who were arrested on the charge of murdering Krishna Prasad Adhikari of Fujel, Gorkha.
A single bench of Judge Binod Mohan Acharya told the authorities to release the arrested cadres on bail.
Bhismaraj Poudel will be released on the bail amount of Rs 27,000 and Chhabilal Poudel on Rs 20,000.
Police had filed charge-sheets against 11 individuals on the murder case. Of them, Bhisma Poudel and Chhabilal Poudel had been arrested.
