Khadga Bahadur BK, 43, has been sent to jail for eight years for raping a twelve-year-old girl child in Sotang of Solukhumbu.
A single bench of District Court Solukhumbu Justice Deepak Kumar Kharel on Tuesday issued jail sentence to BK for raping a local girl on last 25 July.
The bench also ordered to grant compensation of Rs 50,000 to the victim family, informed Court’s Registrar Durga Prasad Bhattarai. SETOPATI
