Parliamentary committee approves ambassadors to the U.S. , the UK , and South Africa.

Kathmandu- The Federal Parliamentary Hearing Committee on Thursday approved the ambassadors recommended for the USA, the UK and South Africa.

The Committee chair Laxman Lal Karna said the proposed ambassadors had been approved based on their plans, experience, and qualifications.

Former Finance Minister Dr Yubraj Khatiwada, Former Chief Secretary Lok Darshan Regmi and Dr Nirmal Kumar Bishwokarma were recommended as the ambassador to the USA, the UK, and the Republic of South Africa respectively.

The proposed ambassadors have vowed to work on behalf of the country and work diligently to ensure high-level bilateral visits.
