Birgunj, Dec. 31: Manoj Agrawal, owner of the Lumbini Suagr Mill, has been arrested in Birgunj for failing to pay dues to the sugarcane farmers.
Lumini Sugar Mill is yet to pay Rs. 90 million dues to the sugarcane farmers.
Ganga Pant, Superintendent of Police (SP) in the District Police Office, Parsa, said that Agrawal was presented at the District Police Office, Parsa, as per the order and preparations were underway to send Agrawal to Nawalparasi.
