2.1 Million Doses Of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine Arrive In Nepal

Kathmandu, Dec. 16: 2,167,650 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine have arrived in Nepal on Thursday. 
Bade Babu Thapa, Senior Pharmacy Officer of the Management Division of the Department of Health Services, informed that 2,167,650 doses of vaccine were received this morning.
According to Thapa, the vaccines were delivered through UNICEF. Earlier, the United States had provided 1,534,850 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine to Nepal through COVAX Facility.
Along with this, Nepal has received 371,150 doses of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. So far, 35,459,380 doses of vaccine have been received in Nepal with grants from various companies. – The Rising Nepal
