Kathmandu, Oct 19: President Ram Chandra Paudel will put tika to ministers and interested individuals on the day of Bijaya Dashami on October 24.
According to a statement from the President’s Office on Thursday, President Paudel will put tika to deputy Prime Ministers, ministers, lawmakers, provincial chiefs, and high-level government officials from 2 to 3 PM and to individuals from 3 to 5 PM at the President’s Office Maharajgunj.
