KATHMANDU – With some hours left before the Constitutent Assembly dissolves, Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai held talks with President Dr Ram Baran Yadav.
During their meeting at the President’s place, the duo discussed the recent development made in resolving disputes related to constitution drafting and possible alternatives for leading the nation after the CA is dissolved tonight.
In his recent discussions with political parties, the President had been urging them to escalate discussions and to deliver the new constitution.
After consulting the President, PM Bhattarai had dashed off to meet Maoist Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal at the letters residence.
Sources near Dahal informed that the meeting had centered on party’s alternatives to reach consensus in today’s decisive meetings.
