आषाढ़ २४ गते, २०६९ मा प्रकाशितDAMAK – A man was murdered at Chulachuli in Ilam by attacking with a sharp weapon this morning. The deceased has been identified as Manorath Ghimire, 65, of Chulachuli in Ilam.
According to the Area Police Office, Damak, Suresh Raika Magar, 45, of the same place had murdered Ghimire by attacking with a Khukuri.
Ghimire died while undergoing treatment at Lifeline Hospital, Damak. He had sustained serious injury on the head.
Magar was injured after locals thrashed him in connection with taking him under control. He is also undergoing treatment at the same hospital under the supervision of police.
Police suspects that Ghimire was murdered due to a minor dispute. RSS
