Seti goes wild again, 30 rescued

POKHARA – Some 30 people of seven families have been rescued from Ramghat, the bank of Seti River in Pokhara, after the flood caused by incessant rainfall inundated their houses last night.

According to police, the flood victims were rescued at 1:00 pm with the help of boats brought from Fewa Lake.

 

Likewise, four families at Yamdi in Pokhara have been displaced due to the flood occurred last night in the river, said spokesperson of District Police Office, Kaski, Rabindra Paudel. RSS
