KATHMANDU – The team leaders of 14 different groups completed their deliberations on the political document of party Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal at the ongoing seventh plenum of the UCPN (Maoist).
Of the 14 groups, team leaders of 13 groups had expressed their opinions on Friday except the representatives of party’s Newa: State Committee.
In today’s meeting, Bhaskar Pradhananga spoke from the side of party Chairman Dahal while Mahendra Shrestha expressed deliberations favouring Vice-Chairman Dr Baburam Bhattarai.
The expanded meeting is expected to conclude today after Chairman Dahal, and Vice-Chairmen Bhattarai and Narayan Kaji Shrestha addressing the cadres.
Earlier, the politburo meeting of the party held today has decided to organize party’s general convention in January next year. RSS
