श्रावण २ गते, २०७० मा प्रकाशितKATHMANDU – A farmer of Ilam district has donated land to the Dairy Development Corporation (DDC) on the occasion of its 45th anniversary.
Chandra Kala Chamling of Maipokhari donated a two ropani plot worth Rs. 1.2 million to the Maipokhari Cheese Production Centre, Ilam. The centre is operated by DDC. Chamling today handed over the land-ownership papers to the Agriculture Development Minister, Tek Bahadur Thapa Gharti.
Chamling told RSS that she provided the land to the DDC free of cost demanding that this would motivate the corporation to sell healthy milk and dairy products to consumers and that the farmers should get appropriate price for the milk they sell and the provision of the
