The Beni-Jomsom road section linking trans-Himalayan district Mustang has been re-opened after 10 days.
The Road Division Office shut the road section for maintenance works.
After completing partial maintenance on the road section at Dana VDC of Myagdi district, the vehicular movement has come to resumption, said Road Division’s eegineer Amit Kumar Shrestha.
Jhi Construction Service Company, the contractor hired for the road construction and maintenance, had delayed the repair works that resulted in the disruption of transport facilities here.
The mobility was disallowed on the section to intensify raod maintenance works, Shrestha said. Realizing inconvenience caused to locals after raod disruption, it has been resumed following partial maintenance, he informed. RSS
