The Nepali Congress is to mobilize at least 20 cadres in each quake-hit villages to assist engineers assigned in reconstruction of quake-damaged infrastructures.
The NC decided to mobilize its cadres to assist 1,345 engineers deployed by the National Reconstruction Authority for the same.
Rishikesh Tiwari, Chief Secretary of NC Party Office, told the National News Agency (RSS) that party has directed its cadres to carryout work coordinating with the respective engineers and District Technical Offices.
“The NC Central Office has already instructed to mobilize leaders and cadres in their respective villages and district for the reconstruction task. The central office will monitor the cadres’ work,” shared Tiwari.
Furthermore, it is shared that NC has also requested the concerned bodies under the District Working Committee to keep the record of the cadres joining this effort and contact the central committee in case of any problems. RSS
