An entire settlement in southern Dhullubaskot VDC of the district was gutted in a fire.
The fire that began on Saturday afternoon destroyed 13 houses and 24 cowsheds at Jhule settlement of Dhullubaskot.
The Area Police Office, Bareng has stated that though they were trying to douse the fire since Saturday, the fire was yet to come under control.
Similarly, the fire has claimed the lives of dozens of cattle in the settlement. The police office has informed that the fire was spreading towards Kiteni and Baghkate villages.
Police, local clubs and mother groups are managing foods and shelters to the fire survivors. RSS
