Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that his party would play a positive role to sort out the problems surfacing in the health sector.
The NC president said so while speaking in a thanks giving and tea reception programme organized to thank the health workers who provided health service during the 13th national convention of the party.
He pledged to take initiatives to appoint the health secretary from the health sector.
Similarly, Party General Secretary Dr Shashank Koirala thanked the health practitioners for their free of cost health service during the convention.
On the occasion, Nepal Medical Association chair Dr Anjani Kumar Jha, Nurses Union chair Janaki KC among others had drawn the attention of the party President and General Secretary in this regard. RSS
