अर्घाखाँचीमा उपप्रधानमन्त्री टोपबहादुर रायमाझीको भन्दा भारतीय राजदुतको मर्यादाक्रम माथि राखेर शिलालेख निर्माण

सन्धिखर्क, अर्घाखाँची । अर्घाखाँचीमा उपप्रधान मन्त्री टोपबहादुर रायमाझीको भन्दा भारतीय राजदुत रञ्जित रेको मर्यादाक्रम माथि राखेर शिलालेख निर्माण गरिएको छ ।
भारतीय राजदूताबासको सहयोगमा निर्माण भएका जिल्लाका तीन विद्यालयका शिलालेखमा मर्यादाक्रम भंग गरिएको हो । तर उपप्रधानमन्त्री टोपबहादुर रायमाझी आफै कार्यक्रममा उपस्थित भएर विद्यालय भवन र शिलालेखको उद्घाटन गर्दा समेत कुनै प्रतिकृया जनाउनुभएन । सन्धिखर्कको चुत्राबेसी जनज्योती उच्च मावि, बागीको शान्ती उच्च मावि र अर्घाको अर्घा रजस्थल माविमा निर्माण भएका भवनको शिलालेख राजदूत रेलाई माथि र उपप्रधान मन्त्री रायमाझीलाई तल राखेर निर्माण गरिएको हो ।
अहिले जिल्लामा यही विषय चर्चाको विषय बनेको छ । शनिबार बागीको शान्ती उच्च मावि तथा आइतबार सन्धिखर्कको जनज्योती उच्च मावि र अर्घाको अर्घा रजस्थल माविको भवन शिलान्यास भएको थियो । उपप्रधान मन्त्रीको मर्यादा विपरित भएको भनेर विद्यार्थी संगठनले जनज्योती उच्च माविमा निर्माण भएको भवन शिलालेखमा कालो पोतेको नेविसंघका जिल्ला अध्यक्ष युवराज पाण्डेले बताउनुभयो । 
जिल्लामा कृयाशिल विद्यार्थी संगठनहरु नेविसंघ, अखिल, अखिल क्रान्तीकारी, अखिल छैठौं, र अखिल (विपल्प) समूहले विद्यालयमा तालाबन्दी गरी कालोपोतेका हुन् । तत्काल शिलालेख सच्चाउन विद्यार्थी संगठनले माग गरेको अखिलका जिल्ला अध्यक्ष प्रदिप नेपालीले बताउनुभयो ।

Assistance for Shree Shanti Higher Secondary School Bangi, Shree Janajyoti H.S. School Chutrabeshi and Shree ArghaRajasthal Secondary School Argha VDC in Arghakhanchi

GoI extends financial Assistance of NRs. 10.10 million  for  i) construction of   Shree Shanti Higher Secondary School, Bangi  ii)  NRs  19.60 million for construction of Science Block for Shree Janajyoti H.S. School in Chutrabeshi  and  iii)  44.20 million for Shree ArghaRajasthal Secondary School, Argha VDC, in Arghakhanchi District  
On June 25 2016, H.E.  Ambassador of India ShriRanjit Rae and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Energy, Government of Nepal, Shri Top Bahadur Raymanjhi jointly inaugurated the newly constructed Shree Shanti Higher Secondary School, Bangi in Arghakhanchidistrict. The double storied building of the school, which has been constructed with the Government of India’s financial grant of NRs. 10.10 millions, has 8 class rooms,separate rest rooms for boys and girls, as well as school furnitures and equipments. The school was established in 1962 and upgraded to Higher Secondary School in 2009. The newly constructed building would enhancefacilities for the students and teachers and improve the academic environment in the school.
 
2. On June 26 2016, Ambassador of India ShriRanjit Rae and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Energy, Government of Nepal, Shri Top Bahadur Raymanjhi jointly inauguratedthe newly constructed science block of Shree Janajyoti H.S. School, Chutrabeshi in Arghakhanchidistrict. The double storied building of the school, which has been constructed with Government of India’s financial grant of NRs.19.60 millions, has 8 class rooms, separate rest rooms for boys and girls, as well as school furniture and equipments.
 
3. On the same day, Ambassador of India ShriRanjit Rae and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Energy, Government of Nepal, Shri Top Bahadur Raymanjhi jointly inaugurated another newly constructed building ofShree ArghaRajasthal Secondary School, Argha VDC in Arghakhanchidistrict. The triple storied building of the school, which has been constructed with Government of India’s financial grant of NRs.44.20millions, has 8 class rooms, library,separate rest rooms for boys and girls, compound walls, as well as school furniture and equipments.
 
5. In addition to the above, Government of India has, in the past, provided three ambulances to various health sector organizations in the district, recognizing the need of the local people and pursuing Government of India’s continued commitment to support Government of Nepal in its endeavor towards socio-economic development of the country.  The Government of India has also extended financial assistance of over NRs 500 million towards renovation, restoration, upgradation of various sites of religious, educational, cultural and historical importance in Nepal in financial year 2015-2016.
 
6. India-Nepal Economic Cooperation Programme has an outlay of over NRs 76 billion. Under this programme, Government of India has completed or pursuing more than 529 projects in almost all districts of Nepal. These development projects, executed in partnership with Government of Nepal, are mainly in sectors like education, health, infrastructure that have been undertaken in response to local needs.
