KATHMANDU – United CPN Maoist has terminated the membership of party Chairman Puspa Kamal Dahal’s son Prakash Dahal on Monday.
The party took the action following media reports that said that Prakash had gone of contact and hinted that possibly he had eloped with Chairman of Saraswati Campus Free Students Union, Bina Magar.
Prakash had been out of contact for the past five days and his whereabouts have been still unknown. Bina and Prakash had climbed Mount Everest in the recent expedition and rumors were rife that both of them had fallen into love during that expedition.
Prakash is already married twice and Bina is also married to Maoist cadre Shankar Adhikari. But both of them are out of contact for the past five days.
After the split in party, Bina has remained with UCPN Maoist and her husband had joined the Baidya CPN Maoist party.
Earlier Prakash was married to Prabha Bogati, daughter of Post Bahadur Bogati. But later on had divorced her in mutual understanding.
Four years earlier, he had married Shrijana Tripathi from Pokhara and has a son from her. His whole family lives at his father’s newly brought mansion at Lazimpat.
