President of Nepali Congress Sushil Koirala has expressed outrage on Unified-Maoist Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda’s statement that an electoral government could not formed under the leadership of Nepali Congress.
Talking to media-persons after a programme organised by the Parbat Development Society in the capital today, Koirala said the Maoists did not hold the authority on appointing prime ministers.
Addressing the programme before this, Koirala stressed on saying that all parties could not be blamed for the mistake of a single party.
